Payment, Shipping & Delivery

The period relevant for determining the shipping date refers to business days from Monday to Friday. The delivery period begins one day after receipt of print-ready files or print approval within the data submission period, as well as full payment for the goods (including VAT). For advance payment, receipt of payment in the account of Ernst Röser Siebdruckerei GmbH is decisive as the payment date.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the weight and the number of pallets in your delivery; the shipping surcharge is added automatically in the cart. You can find a table showing the breakdown of the applicable shipping costs here.

Payment Terms

We kindly request 100% pre-payment.

Payment options

We offer the following payment options: invoice, advance payment, credit card, or PayPal. With advance payment, credit card, and PayPal, the total amount must be paid in advance. When purchasing on invoice, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. Please note that we only process first-time orders after full payment has been received.

If there are any complaints regarding the delivered goods, please send them immediately within 8 business days of receiving the goods to roeser@roeser-decoration.com.
