Right of Withdrawal for Our Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. If you are an entrepreneur within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and act in the exercise of your commercial or self-employed activity when concluding the contract, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
